Commemoration of the end of the 2nd World War

Today we remember 8 May 1945: the end of the Second World War. 

For the Organisation of the Swiss Abroad, SwissCommunity, this has been an important issue for years. We are calling for a Swiss memorial for victims of the Holocaust. SwissCommunity is pleased that this request has been accepted: In the spring session 2022, the two motions submitted in 2021 were definitively adopted by both the Council of States and the National Council.
